Important Client Portal Update- We’re transitioning to Karbon, our new secure client portal. Clients will be moved to the new portal in phases through November 1.
Teuscher Walpole is transitioning to Karbon, our new secure client portal and practice management platform.
Beginning in September, we will transition clients to the new portal in phases. This approach gives our team time to test our processes and ensure everything is working smoothly before the firm-wide transition.
Between now and November 1, you will receive an email invitation from Karbon with instructions for setting up your new client portal. Please follow the instructions in the email once your invitation arrives.
If you are part of the initial group, you may also receive additional information from our team.
If you have not received an invitation yet, there is nothing you need to do right now.
Our full transition to Karbon is planned for November 1. We will continue sharing updates over the next couple of months so you know what to expect and how to get started.
