Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct tests of controls to ensure compliance with client company policies.
  • Review legal documentation such as contracts, leases, patents, and trademarks.
  • Communicate audit findings and answer client questions, both verbally and in writing.
  • Prepare reports summarizing audit results and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct field audits of company operations or work sites to ensure that they are complying with laws and regulations.
  • Gather business practice information through interviews with management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify risks or opportunities for clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Strong computer skills and experience in a paperless work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and CaseWare.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively engage with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Client service-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
