Monica is an accomplished Audit Partner at Teuscher Walpole, LLC, boasting an extensive career in public accounting that commenced in 2008. Her academic journey includes earning a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics Education and a Master of Accounting from the University of Utah, where she emphasized her studies in auditing.
With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Monica has become proficient in auditing diverse industries, showcasing her expertise in governmental and not-for-profit organizations, HUD-related entities, real estate, oil and gas, retail entities, as well as 401k plans and compliance audits.
An active member of esteemed professional associations, Monica holds membership in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. Her dedication to the field extends beyond membership, as she has actively served on various committees and the board of directors for the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. Her contributions were further recognized when she held the prestigious position of president of the Association and received the esteemed AICPA’s Woman to Watch: Emerging Leader award in 2016.
Outside the realm of accounting, Monica finds immense joy in spending cherished moments with her husband and three young boys. She is an ardent advocate for outdoor experiences and relishes the adventures of traveling.
