Ryan Thompson, CPA

Ryan is a tax partner with Tuescher Walpole. He is a graduate from Weber State University where he received a Master’s degree in accounting with an emphasis in taxation. Ryan has over 17 years of experience and oversees the day-to-day allocation of resources in our tax department. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants (UACPA), and the Alaska Society of Certified Public Accountants (AKCPA).

Ryan’s primary focus is providing tax planning and compliance services to companies and business owners, including business organizations, multi-state taxation, consolidations and cost segregation. During his tenure, Ryan has serviced clients primarily in the inter mountain region and in Southeast Alaska. He has a substantial experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing, retail, lodging, and commercial fishing.

During his time away from Teuscher Walpole, Ryan enjoys the outdoors with his wife and children. He also enjoys his hobbies of horseback riding and fishing.
